About Operant
My name is Lars Lillevold, and I am the founder and CEO of Operant. I have been delivering services within management consulting, assessment, organizational development and product development/innovation since 2018. Organizational Psychologist by education, AI developer by passion.
Why Operant?
My experience as a consultant has taught me one thing in particular: When it comes to human behavior, people tend to forget the fundamentals. And nothing is more fundamental than the concept of operant conditioning; behavior is shaped by it's consequences for the individual, and can either reinforce or reduce the desired behavior. This approach guides my work in anything from product design to change management.
